Easiest Pancake Recipe EVER!
Are you a pancake or waffle kind of person…? Um… I am BOTH. Therefore since we have a delicious waffle recipe, we need a pancake one right beside it. I know for a fact that I struggle some mornings with deciding if I want pancake or waffle, but spoiler alert, they are both just as easy to make!
This recipe is fairly similar to our waffle one with some minor changes. This recipe can also be GF, I personally always use King Arthur GF flour. You can make this recipe vegan by substituting vegan butter, as it works just like regular in this recipe. You can also use alternative milks, as I use oat milk.
Blueberry pancake with warm syrup!
Ingredients:
2 cups AP flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1.5 cups milk (I use oat milk)
2 eggs
2.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted butter
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Do not over mix the batter. If you need a little bit more liquid begin adding 1 tablespoon at a time of milk.
I personally always add in blueberries, bananas or chocolate chips. For a little extra jazz, I add in some hemp seeds as well… which is great for protein!
