Directions:


*** Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Mash bananas in a bowl and than add maple syrup, eggs, butter, milk and vanilla.

  • In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients together. Combine both into one bowl and mix well. Add in your extra add in’s if you choose. Pour mixture into nonstick loaf pan or muffin tins.

  • If baking in a loaf pan, bake uncovered for 53-55 minutes.

  • If baking in muffin tins, bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.

This is the most delicious and moist banana bread that you will ever eat. It is so easy to make, I have it on repeat in my house once a week. You need a few simple ingredients, a little time in the oven and you have yourself a perfect slice for breakfast, dessert or a snack!

Ingredients:


  • 3 overripe mashed bananas

  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 1/4 cup milk (I use oat milk)

  • 2.5 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 cups of AP flour (I use King Arthur GF flour)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

*** Although add in’s are optional I highly recommend to make it extra delicious! You can use nuts, chocolate etc. a good starting point is 1/2 cup, although I measure with the heart :)
